Lynnette Boudet with Latter & Blum is by far the best real-estate agent I have ever worked with! She is not just working to get a sale, she has your best interest at hand. When a new house comes on the market, she'll let you know. Lynnette is very knowledgeable about the housing market and banking. Lynnette also can give you advice on how to get the most if you are selling your home.

I've worked with Lynette twice now. First, when we purchased our home in Abita Springs and again when we decided to list it. In both cases she was excellent to work with....a true professional (and a real go-getter!) We listed our luxury home (over $1.3M list price) with Lynette and she had it sold within a week. Upon arriving in Louisiana, I had a couple of realtors that "attempted" to help me, but their lack of communication and follow up frustrated me, and stalled my searches. I had not met Lynnette but she was aware of me being new to the area, and politely checked with me periodically to see how I was doing, and offering her services. When I didn't get what I needed from others, I gave Lynnette a chance and she started to work for me. I appreciated the high level of communication and her knowledge of the area. Her and her team were always available to show me homes, and to get me the information I needed. When it came time to make a move on a house, Lynnette was clear on the offer submission process , and worked with me towards a successful purchase. I was well informed throughout the process, and this is important to me. All bases were covered, everything done was timely, and I was very pleased to have worked with her. Very highly recommended.

Lynnette was simply wonderful. We came from Maryland and did not know ANYTHING about the Covington/Mandeville/Madisonville area. Lynnette sent us pertinent information on the area before we ever arrived for a house hunting trip and talked to us several times on the phone to find out our needs. Lynette was determined, she honestly made it a personal goal to make sure I had a smooth process with the purchase of my new home. She was aware of personal situations and went far beyond my expectations of customer service. She basically handled every single detail, right down to gathering all utility company details in the area, insurance company referrals, home vendors, etc...She also plans to arrange a “meet and greet” with some friends of hers in the area so our kids can connect since they are going to same school next Year.
